Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days.  During peak times of the season, our processing times can take longer. All items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. Any items on backorder will be communicated to you. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you placed an order for made-to-order items through your Rep, please refer to our Anticipated Shipping Schedule for an estimate on shipping times.

SHIPPING TIMES:

   Orders shipping within the United States will take up 3-5 business days after processing.

   Orders shipping internationally will take up 7-10 business days after processing.
